Darryl has been a fixture with Southern California volleyball for over two decades.

Noted as a prominent coach and key figure of the Orange County Volleyball Club,Darryl brings his expertise and love of the game to SCVC having coached the middle school girls and boys in the early 90's.

With great volleyball tradition in his family, a unique ability to connect and inspire his players, Darryl's over 20 years of experience along with his tremendous knowledge of the game have contributed to his successes over the years.

  • Darryl graduated from Newport Harbor High where he played volleyball

  • Graduated from USC with a Political Science degree.

  • He was regarded as a stand out setter on the USC club team.

  • He brings with him a history of dedication and resolve to achieve at the highest degree.

  • Darryl lives in Torrance with his wife Cristina and sons Liam and Declan.
